SAFCON Group assists companies with online training registration, learner administration, invoicing, purchase orders, learner lists, group access arrangements and training records for workplace compliance purposes.
If you are registering only yourself as an individual learner, please use the Individual Online Training Registration form instead.

Important Confirmation
Please read and confirm the following before submitting this registration.
Course access is not automatically activated when this form is submitted.
SAFCON Group will review the registration information, confirm the applicable course fees, issue a quotation or invoice where required, and confirm the course access arrangements.
Learner access will only be activated once payment has been received and confirmed, unless alternative written arrangements have been approved by SAFCON Group.
Where a PayFast payment link is requested, SAFCON Group will provide the applicable payment link after registration has been reviewed.
PayFast / Mobicred monthly payment options are subject to the payment provider’s own approval process, terms and conditions.
POPIA and Personal Information Notice
By submitting this form, you confirm that the personal information provided has been submitted for training registration, learner administration, invoicing, course access, assessment, certification, verification, recordkeeping and related training purposes.
SAFCON Group will process personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted and will take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or unauthorised disclosure.
Please do not upload unnecessary personal documents unless they are required for the selected course, accredited programme, assessment, certification, verification or formal learner record.
What happens after registration?
Once your company registration has been received, SAFCON Group will review the information submitted.
Where required, SAFCON Group will issue a quotation, invoice or payment instruction.
If learner details are incomplete, SAFCON Group may request a learner list or additional information before access is activated.
Once payment has been confirmed and learner details have been received, learner profiles will be created on the SAFCON Group eLearning platform.
Login details will be sent to the nominated contact person or directly to learners, depending on the access arrangement selected.
